1. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date. We ask that you provide your order number and the reason for the return so we can assist you efficiently. For hygiene reasons, we may ask that items be returned in clean and reasonable condition. We assess each request fairly and in good faith, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

3. How to Start a Return or Refund

Starting a return is simple:

Step 1: Email us at support@getzippflow.com within 90 days of delivery.
Step 2: Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return or refund request.
Step 3: Our team will review your request, usually within 1 to 2 business days, and reply with the next steps, including return instructions if a return is required.

Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending any item back, so that your return can be properly tracked and processed.

4. Exchanges and Wrong Sizes

If your socks do not fit or you would like a different size, we are happy to help you exchange them within the 90-day period. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Because fit is important with compression garments, we recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering, and we are glad to assist if you are unsure which size to choose.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at support@getzippflow.com and include your order number along with a photo of the item where possible. In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, and we will cover all return shipping costs. Resolving these cases quickly and fairly is a priority for us.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns and exchanges (for example, a change of mind or a size preference), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

If your return is due to our error, or because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, ZippFlow will cover all return shipping costs, as described in Section 5. In those cases you will not pay anything to return the item.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Once your refund request is approved, and once any required return has been received where applicable, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed on our side within 2 to 5 business days of approval or receipt of the returned item. Please note that the additional time it takes for the refunded amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Most items are covered by this policy. However, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including items returned outside the 90-day window, items returned without prior contact and approval, or items that have been damaged through misuse after delivery. Promotional or free items received as part of a bundle offer may need to be returned together with the paid items when a full refund of that order is requested. 9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getzippflow.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before it is dispatched. If your order has already shipped, it will be handled under the return and refund process described in this policy once you receive it.

10. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at support@getzippflow.com. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and almost every issue can be resolved directly and quickly. If you have any concern about a charge or your order, we ask that you contact us at support@getzippflow.com and give us a reasonable opportunity (no fewer than 5 business days) to make it right before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.

Charges from ZippFlow appear on your statement as GETZIPPFLOW.COM. If you do not recognize a charge, please reach out to us first and we will promptly help identify the transaction.
