These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getzippflow.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products offered through it. The Site and the ZippFlow brand are owned and operated by PRIMEVIA LTD ("ZippFlow," "we," "us," or "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16784568. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order through the Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products and Descriptions

ZippFlow sells compression socks featuring a side-zipper design, intended as everyday comfort and lifestyle apparel. We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizing, and compression specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are entirely accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Product images are provided for illustration only, and actual color or appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings.

Compression ratings (for example, 15 to 25 mmHg) describe the general garment specification and may vary slightly between sizes and production batches.

4. Not a Medical Device or Medical Advice

ZippFlow products are general consumer apparel intended for everyday comfort and support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using compression garments if you have any underlying health condition, including but not limited to circulatory, vascular, or diabetic conditions. You use our products at your own discretion and responsibility.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) by default and are subject to change without notice. We also ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada; where applicable, prices may be presented or charged in your local currency, and the final amount charged may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or card issuer. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may apply to your order.

While we strive to ensure all pricing is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain errors. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. A contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the products.

7. Payment and Billing Authorization

By submitting an order and providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method, and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order amount, including the product price, any applicable shipping fees, and taxes, to that payment method. You acknowledge and agree that the total amount displayed at checkout is the amount you will be charged. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

8. Billing Descriptor

To help you recognize your purchase, please note that charges from ZippFlow will appear on your bank or credit card statement as GETZIPPFLOW.COM. If you see this descriptor on your statement and do not recognize it, please contact us at support@getzippflow.com before contacting your bank, and we will promptly help you identify the transaction.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, though actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and the destination address. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

Delivery time frames are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the matter.

10. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our products with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 90 days of the delivery date by contacting support@getzippflow.com.

To be eligible, you must provide your order number and the reason for the return. We may, at our discretion, request that the product be returned and may provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved and, where applicable, received. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Full details are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

11. Cancellations and Order Changes

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getzippflow.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made before an order is dispatched. If the order has already shipped, it will be handled under our return policy in Section 10.

12. Promotions, Discounts and Bundles

From time to time we may offer promotions, discounts, or bundle offers (such as multi-pair packages). These offers are subject to their stated terms, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and have no cash value. The price and quantity of any bundle are displayed at checkout, and that displayed total is the amount you authorize us to charge.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and the ZippFlow name and branding, is the property of PRIMEVIA LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit any harmful or fraudulent material. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access for any conduct we consider to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This section does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PRIMEVIA LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PRIMEVIA LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

18. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

Your satisfaction is important to us, and most issues can be resolved quickly. You agree that, before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you will first contact us at support@getzippflow.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity (no fewer than 5 business days) to resolve the matter, including by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate under these Terms.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms (for example, after receiving a product that matches its description, or where a refund has already been offered or issued), may be considered an improper dispute. We reserve the right to contest improper chargebacks and to provide our payment processor with these Terms, order records, communications, tracking information, and proof of delivery as evidence of a valid and authorized transaction.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This governing law provision does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Changes apply to orders placed after the revised Terms are posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PRIMEVIA LTD regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
